Bubble Calm is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
App Usage Data
- Gameplay Statistics: The App stores local statistics on your device, including:
- Total number of bubbles popped
- Current session statistics (pops, streaks)
- Best streak achieved
- Number of sessions started
- Focus mode scores (if enabled)
App Settings
- Your preferences and settings (bubble colors, visual styles, background types, sound preferences, etc.) are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Services
Apple App Store
- When you make in-app purchases, Apple processes your payment information. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address.
- Apple may provide us with anonymized purchase data necessary to verify your subscription status.
RevenueCat
- We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:
- Device identifiers (anonymized)
- Purchase transaction data
- Subscription status information

1.4 Device Information
- Device Type: Your device model and operating system version (for compatibility purposes)

- Provide and Improve the App: To deliver the App's features and functionality, and to improve user experience

3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
Most of your data (gameplay statistics, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
3.2 Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
3.3 Data Retention
- Local Data: Gameplay statistics and settings stored on your device remain until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data
- Purchase Data: Subscription and purchase information is retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective retention policies
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
- RevenueCat: We share purchase and subscription data with RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases
- Apple: Purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4.3 Business Transfers

- Local Data: You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App from your device
- Settings: You can modify your App settings at any time through the in-app Settings screen
- Statistics: Gameplay statistics are stored locally and can be cleared by uninstalling the App
5.2 In-App Purchases
- You can manage your subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your device settings
5.3 European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights:
